Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles' award-winning Centers of Expertise are programs and surgical centers that rely on a multi-disciplinary team of specialists who treat specific illnesses, and help patients live successful lives. Our Centers' pioneering treatments offer patients the most innovative surgical procedures available and have succeeded West Los Angeles' Centers of Expertise include:
- Minimally Invasive Surgical Center (Robotic Surgery)
- Congestive Heart Failure Program
- Brachial Plexus Clinic
- Regional Craniofacial Team
- Sickle Cell Medical Care Program
The West Los Angeles Medical Center also recently established a comprehensive bariatic program, Solutions: Comprehensive Support for Lasting Weight Loss, a portfolio of weight loss and weight management programs.
The West Los Angeles Medical Center is also a valuable community partner, supplying area community clinics with cash grants, physician and resident volunteers, surplus medical and office equipment donations. The West Los Angeles Medical Center community benefit portfolio includes a $22 million investment in programs, partnerships and other benefits to vulnerable populations and the broader community.
